Cancellation Policy

Full payment ($600) must be received upon registration. Full payment includes a $100 non-refundable deposit for cancellations prior to 12noon on Wednesday, 03June2026. Cancellations made after 12noon on Wednesday, 03June2026 are completely non-refundable. It is your responsibility to contact Kirstie, via email or text, if you need to cancel your reservation. The exception is if we have to cancel the retreat; in that case the complete $600 will be refunded.
